Hello, how's everyone? I have been long time didn't update the blog. haha. I'm just purposely to make u all miss me :)

Ok well, this blog post is regarding about FITNESS, which one of my High School Friend, HOW MUN LOONG, his own gym opening in Cyberjaya. So I just wanna blog a little about it :)

First of all, Congratulation to Mun Loong, because your dream come true. This guy actually truly damn awesome, because he did made his dream come true, he was a Mr. Malaysia and now he own his own gym. What m I doin? omg. when only I can own a restaurant? hahaha

Anyway, I'm so proud of him and I really feel his effort once I step in the gym. He really did put a lot effort inside, although it's not a big gym, however, sooner or later, it will grow big and bigger. Congratulation!!!

Before I intro his gym, let me show u all who is him?

How Mun Loong, Personal Trainer

 

 

Tada, that's him. So damn cool right. He actually is a Personal Trainer, So if you guys got any problem regarding the workout, weightloss, healthy food recipe or muscle builder, pls Contact him as you can find him in FB or in APEX FITNESS.

On the Tuesday (14-July-2015), APEX FITNESS finally launch. The gym is located in Cyberjaya. Those work in cyberjaya or study in Cyberjaya, you can consider this gym as Currently (July 2015), there is promotion rate for it. (Rate will be revised.)

If you still cannot find it, you need to find Restaurant Rasa Seri Alamanda, which is a corner mamak restaurant, because the gym is on the opposite site shoplots.

APEX FITNESS is located on the third floor of the shoplot, it's facing the road. Thus, by walking up the staircase to 3rd floor, it's a warm up for you workout. hahaha.

It's small gym but the equipment over is good, thus, you guys can consider this gym.

This gym is good for those that wanna build muscle, wanna weight loss, wanna have a lean body. It's good for tourist that wish to walk in as the price is affordable :)

However, in the opening of the gym, they do serve food, but but  but, it's super healthy food, which you may consider to order from them also.

They do calculated out the calorie consume.

Do not think that this is very very nice, but for me, I find it not bad. if you can have a healthy life, healthy body at the same time weight loss by eating these food. WHY NOT?

Alright, that's a little bit about the new gym launching in CYBERJAYA. I'm not sure by mentioning my name got discount anot, but one thing im sure is, whoever that go in this gym, you will only get 100% benefit and there is no regret for you :)
