Hello hello, im here to update again for my weekend.

hahha. This round I went to hike with a group of people from mytravelkaki. Anyone of you if wanna go hiking in KK or Gunung Mulu or any hike or diving can go to www.mytravelkaki.com for more information.

The leader of the Group is Wai Kong. He arrange this hike together with us in Seremban, Gunung Datuk.

We meet at Linggi-Pedas Toll, right after the toll on your left got public toilet, this is the only toilet that I saw with clean and no smelly also with toilet tissue. So, u guys can go toilet before you start your journey to Gunung Datuk although when u reach there, also got toilet, but according to the members, the toilet in Gunung Datuk is dark. Sooo... hahaha, better go before.

Gunung Datuk, for me, it's really worth to go and reach the peak of the mountain because you will feel the real nature and enjoy the super nice view of the whole Negeri Sembilan.

Once you reach the entrance, you will see this,

That's the starting point.

Before u start the hike, u need to pay entrance fee at the pondok there.

For Gunung Datuk, you need to pay RM5 for entrance fee and also write down your name. When you hike down and going back remember to go sign out from their list.

I think it's worth for paying the Rm5, as they really do their maintenance.

In Gunung Datuk, you guys can go in a Group or a pair, as they did the maintenance, so every where u can see the sign board. Remember, if you are the first time to Gunung Datuk, follow all the way the red sign on the rocks or trees which wont lead to the wrong side.

If without the red sign, it's really misleading as there are a lot routes and way out there so remember just follow the red sign. Please bring phone together and make sure there is full battery life in case anything happen please call the emergency contact.

On and off the sign board is along the way and the red sign.

The first stretch is most difficult as mostly also rock there. So be careful.

There is tar road also. Red sign is every where.

Red sign is everywhere, so spot it out.

After 30 mins hike, you will reach the First resting point, after this there is no more rocks. It will be easy hike after that :) 

Chit chat and eat for energy.

There is big tree every where here.

Not very high but really trust me, when u see the view, it's worth.



That's the ladder to climb up for the peak.

 When we reach the peak, It's really amazing, too bad it's a chilling day and cloudy day. Super chilling up there. If the sky is blue sky, it will be perfect.

Another thing I wanna tell u guys is we saw 2 hornbills flying there and 2 eagles staying there. That's really lucky of us and it's really the beauty of the nature.


Although the weather is cloudy, but the view is still nice.

Total hours for the hike is:
1. Hike up we used 2 hours, if u fast pace u might need lesser time. We are normal as we checked the board, 2hours to peak is normal. haha

2. Hike down we use 1 hour. It's quite smooth all the way.

Although it's not a difficult hike, however, please follow the red sign as u might get lost easily as there are a lot routes which misleading you.

Bukit Kembara Hike

Bukit Kembara a.k.a Bukit Indah @ 13-June-2015

Hi Guys, how's your weekend spend? My weekend was cool and fun.

For Saturday, I went to hiking in Bukit Kembara. This actually the 3rd times I went to Bukit Kembara. First time was during  Jan 2015 which was my First hiking started, second time was during March / April 2015 (forgot ady), den now 3rd times!!! hahaha

We have around 11 peoples for this round hike. It's was actually one of my friend, he wanna explore this Bukit Kembara, so I terpaksa entertain him la. hahahaha. If he reading this post, im dead, hahahaha.

Anyway, Bukit Kembara actually also known as Bukit Indah.

Thus, you guys just need to type "TAMAN MINI BOTANI" or "JALAN BUKIT INDAH UTAMA, AMPANG"in waze and you will get directly to the park near Bukit Kembara.

Meet at the park at 730am.

Actually i was told my friend to meet at the Caltex at taman Kosas. haha. End up i reached the park there and when he called me, I paiseh to ask him to come to park meet me. hahaha. Still they came :)

This round hike i got two guests from HUNGARY!! hahaha. They probably now already on plane on the way back to their country. I really do enjoy with you guys.

Ok, back to topic. When we reached the park, I actually asked all of them park at the park there becasue from my previous experience, the parking nearby the hike is full of monkeys and the parking there always full. However, you guys can try your luck to park over there, because this round when we go, no monkeys ady. Dunno where they go. haha

Bukit Kembara is actually an easy hike becasue the road the trek is well maintained. Summore, this time i found out that they added in new tali and also new trek. Make it even easier than last time.

No Doubt, we used 15 mins to reach the peak. hahaha.

We took this at the peak of Bukit Kembara. 

Although we used 15 mins to reach the peak, but that's not consider full hike, we need to hike down to the other part of the mountain.

We go down the way, till we reach the lakeside.

Some people does came all the way here just for fishing, but according to my friend, he said no fish inside. So, i dunno. hahaha.

From the lakeside here, we need to trek further down, before we go down, you can actually see the KLCC and KL tower from the lakeside. Provided it is not a cloudy day!!

When you reach the down part of the mountain, it's actually a residential area with bangalow and one big Golf Club. One of my house is there. hahahahaha.

Around the Golf Club Park is a 3km way which if you guys want, you guys can run along the way.

However, we just walked, hahaha. We spent a little bit time in a small park for having our breakfast. Forgot to take picture when the handsome guys helped us to prepare the breakfast. ahahaha.

After that we going back through the way that we came just now. Phew~~

There is also some nice view here, but cannot compare with Bukit Tabur. hahaha

We do spent 4 hours for this hike, because we spent mostly 45mins for breakfast over there.

However, if you read others blog, it stated that it need 4 hours, but i think 2.5 - 3 hours is more than enough if you didnt spend time for breakfast.

After our hike, we went to Ampang Yong Tao Foo, it's just 1.8km away. hahaha.
