Fitness Motivation -Half Marathon

Hi everyone, it's been sometime I did not update my blog. Mainly due to my pressure in work and pressure of surroundings. Until to point I have lost myself.

I am all good now. But still I'm in the progress to become a better me from day to day.

Today this post I want to talk about my fitness progress. 

I was a very fat girl. Maybe obes? The highest weight of me was 80kg. It was in 2014. At that time some of the friend like to make fun of me and tease me by calling me as fat girl/ fat woman/ "Fei Po"(Cantonese). Seriously I'm god damn fatty.

At that time I couldn't even run for 1minutes. Like I'm seriously I will literally just walk instead of run in a marathon.

To be frank, I did not join a marathon before. Because I couldn't run and I don't like to walk far.

But in 2015 I started my fitness. I started workout and diet.

Today 24th of August 2016, I am proudly to say I have finished my 1st Half Marathon in PJ, Malaysia. I had ran for 21kms. Although I did not run for the whole marathon, I was ran and walk. I used 3.35 hours to finished it. 


I want to use this to motivate some of the people out there. I was thought I couldn't made it. I did not ever in my life in my dream that I can finished a half marathon.

But I try. I try everything. I try every way although I know I might be fail. But I still keep trying.

Do not think you can't. Because nothing out there we can't do. It's just depends on our mindset that we want or we don't want to try.

Always remember, IF YOU THINK YOU CAN, YOU CAN DO IT. 

We might not sucess everytime, but we must keep trying. To one Day you will be a better person.
